Severian

Severian Lowell currently serves as a Senior Commissioner with New Eridu Public Security and is one of the true power players at the highest levels of New Eridu's city administration. Within Public Security, he's known for his hardline approach and tendency to act on his own authority. Many conservative forces within the city administration see him as a thorn in their side, believing he has little regard for the existing system and its rules. Even so, his undeniable results have carried him step by step to the rank of Senior Commissioner. To his subordinates, he's an uncompromising, iron-fisted leader. But that authority wasn't built through political maneuvering or sheer ruthlessness. It rests on the countless correct decisions he's made over the years. Severian has never lacked critics, but he has always treated their voices as little more than background noise. To him, what matters is whether his objective is achieved. Everything else is simply a means to that end.
